Welcome to the Daily Detox!
Doing each of these things DAILY in the morning and/or at night before bed will be enormously supportive for you physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. They can be done in combination with one another too.
Examples:
Listen to the ‘I Am Thriving’ Meditation while doing your dry brushing + lymphatic massage w/ paddle.
Do the body relaxation practice while transmitting images and messages of deep healing to all the cells in your body, etc.
Try the “standing tall” practice throughout the day as you brush your teeth, do dishes, go on a walk, watch tv.
Practice facial reflexology can be done while you read a book, drink your coffee, or watch a show.
30 minutes a day total (broken into short practices, or all at once) is all the time you’d need to spend on these things.
