WELCOME to December!

— a time for turning inward and touching the Inner Foundations of your BEing.

“Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks inside awakens.” — Carl Jung

Preparation

We’re still preparing ourselves for dormancy and learning to come into alignment with our natural rhythms as well as the rhythms of nature. As the Winter Solstice approaches on December 21st, the shadows continue to grow longer as the days become shorter.

Keep lighting your candles and making the final preparations in your cave. Wrap up unfinished tasks and leave the rest for Springtime. “Leave everything you know behind, enter my cave of secrets.” (Radiance Sutras)

Vision

Your emotional availability for the outside world might diminish at this time. This is because you need to be emotionally available for yourself - narrowing your vision to what’s directly in front of you as the shadows grow in your periphery

Inner Narrative

  • How do you see yourself?

  • How are you talking to yourself?

  • What old patterns and beliefs are running in the background of your heart and mind?

Heart Alignment

It’s time to align your inner narrative with what you want to experience in your forward-focused vision for your life. In other words, it’s time to rewrite your story. You have to know your deepest self and connect with your deepest desires in order to shift your inner narrative into alignment with your heart’s desires.

This month’s video is full of ideas and inspiration for how you can tune into yourself and rest in the security of your inner foundations.
